Handmade Products

Handmade by Harp products are produced from natural materials and may contain variations in grain, color, texture, figure, and other natural characteristics. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Minor variations in dimensions may occur as a normal result of handmade production and the movement of natural wood.

One-of-a-Kind Products

Many Handmade by Harp products are individually made and offered as one-of-a-kind pieces. Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, when a product is described as the exact item pictured, the photographs represent the actual product being offered for sale.

Custom Work

Custom orders are accepted subject to review and approval by Handmade by Harp. Submission of a custom-order request does not constitute acceptance of the project.

Custom projects generally follow the process of request, review and quote, payment, and production. Production will not begin until any required payment has been received.

Handmade by Harp reserves the right to decline a custom project for any reason before accepting payment.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Files

Customers requesting engraving, 3D printing, or other reproduction services are responsible for supplying suitable files and for ensuring that they have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logo, design, photograph, model, or other material they provide.

By submitting a file, the customer represents that they own the material or have permission to reproduce it and authorizes Handmade by Harp to reproduce it solely as necessary to fulfill the requested order.

Handmade by Harp does not provide graphic-design or extensive file-repair services unless specifically agreed upon as part of the project.

Food-Contact Products

Products intended for food contact should be used and maintained according to the care instructions provided with the product or published by Handmade by Harp.

Wood products should not be placed in a dishwasher, submerged or soaked in water, or left wet for extended periods unless specifically stated otherwise.

Normal wear resulting from cutting, washing, moisture, heat, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.

Product Availability

Because many products are unique, quantities may be extremely limited. An item becoming unavailable does not obligate Handmade by Harp to reproduce an identical item. If we are unable to fulfill a paid order, the affected purchase will be refunded.
