Handmade by Harp Shipping Policy

Handmade by Harp is a small, independent woodworking shop. Products are prepared, finished, inspected, and packaged individually before shipment.

Shipping costs for products eligible for standard shipping are incorporated into our product pricing unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Expedited, oversized, unusually heavy, or specially arranged shipments may require additional charges, which will be communicated before fulfillment.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed as soon as practical. Handmade, made-to-order, custom, engraved, refinished, and 3D-printed products may require additional production time.

Any estimated production or shipping timeframe provided on a product page or custom quote is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Because our products are made and finished individually, occasional delays may occur. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, please retain the product and all packaging and contact Handmade by Harp with photographs so that we can evaluate the damage and, where applicable, pursue a carrier claim.
