Handmade by Harp Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including items intended for food contact and products made or customized specifically for individual customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, wood species, customization details, and other specifications carefully before placing your order.

Many Handmade by Harp products are handmade from natural hardwood. Variations in grain, color, figure, knots, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics are part of the material and are not considered defects. For one-of-a-kind products, the item pictured in the listing is the actual item you will receive unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Please retain the original item and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Custom orders and personalized items

Custom woodworking, personalized products, laser engraving, 3D printing, and other made-to-order services are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for verifying names, dates, spelling, dimensions, artwork, and other customization information before approving an order.

For engraving and 3D printing, customers must provide a usable file in an appropriate format. If a supplied file cannot reasonably be used, we will request a replacement file. If a usable file cannot be provided and we are unable to complete the requested service, the affected service or order may be canceled and refunded.

Orders we cannot fulfill

If Handmade by Harp is unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, materials are unavailable, a supplied file cannot be used, or another issue prevents us from completing the order, we may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a refund.

Customer-requested cancellations are otherwise not accepted.
